June 4, I had a fistulotomy....it is in the same area...I had a general...I could have had a spinal but opted not to as I had a bad experience another time...I did have N/V but it only lasted a few hours....surgery went great...already been driving out and about...only sore when I sit flat...sitz baths a real plus....good luck with your suregery...God Bless, Maci
