How well does this anesthesia work during a wire localization open surgical biopsy of the left breast? I had a heel spur removed once and briefly woke up when I smelled burning flesh. I did not feel any pain however and was put back out immediately. I am afraid of this happening again only with pain this time. I do not have a high pain tolerance level. I am a nervous wreck.
