I was dagnosed with Carcinoid Adenoma of the lung in 1992 a the age of 44. It has been 16 years this July since the removal of my left lung. Due to a skilled Thoracic Surgeon at Emory Universtiy and diagnosis of the tumor before it grew completely through the bronchial tube to invade other tissues, I was a blessed patient.
