Fistula tied to Colitis

I was diagnosed with Crohns disease in 1986.. Then moved to Missouri and the new diagnosis was Ulcerative Colitis, which is better.. I had a fistula in 1982 and a general surgeon opened it up to the air and stuffed with gauze and no problems until 2005.
