I experienced my first pain in the butt 3 years ago, while on a plane to Europe. After arriving, I had to see a doctor at the airport and he punctured a hole to let the puss and stuff drained. That allowed me to continue my trip for 2 weeks.
I went to see my family doctor after getting back and was referred to see a specialist and she told me that it’s fistula. As mine was not too serious, she suggested that I could wait and see. Sometimes they healed by themselves.
