Hemorrhoidectomy

I had my hemorroidectomy done 5 weeks ago. The first 5 days are a blur. Intense pain and hundreds of sitz baths. But I now have days that I feel about 90%. However after a bm it will take hours for the pain to ease. I try not to take the pain medication often but at times that is the only thing to do. Also after most bm’s I still feel a great deal of pressure in the anal region.
I have contacted my dr and her p/a has told me that is normal and that I have gas and to take gasx or something...Read the full article
