Hemorrhoidectomy

I had gone to the specialist yesterday to get mine check I figured he would make an appt. to take them off I have internal and external well he fooled me he took them out and off right in the office. Just gave me a local down there and removed them. I was in alot of pain yesterday but the soaking and the pain pills helped to take the edge off. I am just so afraid of a BM I really don’t even want to go but I know I have to soon. Any advice will help.
