Having hemorrhoidectomy surgery is no laughing matter. The post-operative pain is the most horrific pain that I have ever experienced. This is coming from a person who has a high tolerance for pain and delivered two children via natural child birth many years ago. After knowing about your experience, I wish to tell you, how right you are. I had my Hemorrhoidectomy on 2nd Jan.2009, and till yesterday I remained in extreme pain. Going towards toilet has been like going to hell. When ever I felt any bowl movement, I had got up thinking that my new killing moment has arrived.
After reading your experience and also getting slightly better after 26days, atleast I felt that there is some one else, who has seen this condition. It gives me encouragment that I will also get better. I my case, it has a partialy blocked anus passage due to swelling or some small piece left from the surgery which will take its time to shrink. It took me five days to pass the first motion as every thing got hard.
Thanks for sharing and ALL THE BEST.
