I am an expert of fissure surgery. Im only 31 yrs old. First surgery was due to a very hard bowel movement. I didnt know any better at the time not to strain!! I felt immediate pain, up all night, went to dr next day and had surgery two days later. Recovery was horrible!!! First BM had to hold my mothers hand.

wow...i feel your pain!

I have anal fissure, one of the side effects from an external hemorrhoidectomy on 4/23/07. I am struggling treating myself and trying to avoid surgery because the pain is still fresh on my mind from the hemorrhoidectomy. I am still bleed during every bm and I am terrified of thinking another surgery down there.
