pain in the ass

Hi, I hope you are feeling better now. I had surgery 16 weeks ago. I am still painful, but am down to only taking ibuprofen as needed. I am still on stool softners. I wish I could say that it will stop hurting. I spent the first 10 weeks after surgery in horrible/crying all the time, pain. Now I'm frustrated that it still hurts to have a BM. However, the pain subsides faster (doesn't ever go away yet). I'm hoping that it stops hurting some day. Does anyone know...does it ever stop hurting???
I also have a skin tag that is not healing, so I think I have to have it removed. I'm not looking forward to a fresh wound. Does anyone have any advice??
