Hemorrhoidectomy

Had my surgery on October 30th. Been to h*** and back. I'm still in a lot of pain and it almost feels like a blockage in my rectum. I thought 6 week recovery meant "back to normal". Can anyone advise? All sitting causes pressure which causes pain. Movements still cause pain and then pain doesn't go away without medication. STill have bleeding too.
