Hemorrhoidectomy

i just had hemorrhoidectomy done 12 days ago. Weird thing about it is ..it looks rather scary down the anus right now. I dont know if u gals/guys do check out the area but mine is still bleeding a bit and i still hav to wear sanitary pads everyday...and it looks rather worrying down there. My wound looks like 3 little grapes....but i thought i had a hemorrhoidectomy done ..shouldn't it look perfect down there like a normal anus? How is it suppose to look like post hemorrhoidectomy? I am so worried ...I did see the surgeon 3 days after surgery and it was fine though i had the 3 very little skin tags around it ( which i was assured is normal) but eversince i had my FIRST bowel motion (BM)on 4th day it became more inflammed down there..more painful than ever and got even worst on 5th day when i had diarrhoea twice in a day. ITs 12th day today..i am still not so much better....Tried to google images of post hemorrhoidectomy but website dont really show ..I am so worried right now. Can new hemorrhoids develop right after surgery since the anus wall is weakened or because of vascular insufficency? Please please tell me how it should look like so i won't be so worried. By the way it feels so bloody painful down there and sometimes nerve pains.Do you guys get that too?
