I delivered my fourth child by emergency c-section at 24 weeks. Four days later underwent emergent surgery to remove necrotic tissue from infection. They removed all of the fascia on my left side, and I required a wound vac for closure due to lost tissue. Six weeks later I developed a bulge at the incision. I underwent laporscopic hernia repair for a 15 x 20cm hernia. It required 15 incisions and 3 screws in my public bone since there was no tissue left to stitch the mesh to.
