It’s been 8 weeks post operation. Number one just do it. I put it off for 10 years. I could have been living a pain free and more active life style all these years. I now only have pain when it rains and when I work out which is 6 days a week and and my doctor said that I could go back to playing basketball. I play in the most competitive leagues in the Phila., area. I’m not talking a litlle pick up ball.
