vaginal prolapseI am a 50 year old with 3 children all delivered natural. I have had prolapse for a few years and have just lived with it. In the last 5 weeks it has gotten pretty bad. I went to my Gyn and the said it is at a stage 3.

Re: vaginal prolapseI READ YOUR EXPERIENCE AND WANTED TO SHARE WITH YOU MINE, I HAVE HAD THREE CHILDREN ALL DELIVERED BY C-SECTION AND IT HAS BEEN NO WALK IN THE PARK, THEY ALL ARE HEALTHY I RECOVERED FINE BUT A YEAR AFTER THE LAST C-SECTION I DEVELOPED AN INCISIONAL HERNIA WHICH IN SHORT MEANS THAT WHERE THEY CUT FOR THE C-SECTION WEAKENED AND RIPPED APART, WHICH I LIVED WITH FOR ALMOST A YEAR THEN TO ONLY FIND OUT THAT IT WAS ABOUT AS OPEN AS A TENNIS BALL AND ALL MY INTENSTINES WERE GOING THROUGH THE HOLE CAUSING AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF PAIN, I OF COURSE GOT IT FIXED, ONLY TO HAVE TO UNDER GO A SECOND SURGERY FOR ANOTHER HERNIA DUE TO THE INCISION AT THE BIKINI LINE HAS NOW LET GO AS WELL, THIS ONE I AM SCHEDULED FOR AT THE END OF THE MONTH, AT THE SAME TIME THEY ARE DOING A TOTAL HYSTERECTOMY DUE TO THE PRESSURE IT'S CAUSING THEY FEEL IT MIGHT BE THE REASON I KEEP GETTING THE HERNIAS. I UNDERSTAND YOUR FRUSTRATION BUT WANTED YOU TO KNOW THAT IT MAY HAVE BEEN ANOTHER WHOLE SET OF PROBLEMS HAD YOU HAD C-SECTIONS. JUST SOME FOOD FOR THOUGHT.
