ANY HELP FOR THE GAS???

I had my surgery on June 27 and I am more miserable than ever. No heartburn, no choking but gas is HORRIBLE. Gas X and Beano does not work. Trying low doses of soluable fiber. I am miserable and would just like to not eat. Have had nothing to drink but water any vegetable causes major problems. Is there any answer to the gas?
