Nissen Fundoplication

Does anyone have a child with special needs who has had this done? My daughter is suffering and is on Nexium but, still brings food up in her mouth and sometimes acts like she is going to vomit but, doesn't. She is severely disabled. Unable to walk, talk, sit up alone or feed herself. She eats everytime I feed her but, I never know what will stay down and I am so concerned about what pain she is in.
