Nissen surgery

I had the Nissen over three years ago.No heartburn,but it seems I can not eat near what I use to.Excessive bloating.At bedtime my belly is bloated.In the morning its flat.I burp way more than most people,have excessive gas,and have found I am unable to vomit.Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.
