paraesophageal hernia

Have large paraesophageal hernia and surgery has been recommended. And Vanderbilt Hospital was suggested. Has anyone had Nissen Fundoplication or any type hiatal hernia repair there? If so, who was the surgeon and what was the outcome? I do not look forward to surgery and am researching options, information, etc.
