Sphincterotomy

I was suffering from painful anal fissures for over a couple of years. Finally, I had my Sphincterotomy forty days back. Recovery was quick and I was up and running within a week of the surgery.
In the last two weeks, the bleeding and pain has reappeared. Earlier, these symptoms were associated with constipation. This time around, while there is no constipation, the pain and bleeding persists. Any inputs for me?
