Sphincterotomy

I had a Sphincterotomy 3 months ago. The pain from the fissure is gone but new problems occur after having had the surgery.
I can NEVER get clean after a bowel movement and always feel like my anal canal is open. I use tissue, wipes, and go back to the bathroom numerous times and still, am not clean.
