I had my surgery March 4th. It has now been three weeks since my surgery. I am 100% recovered. I am only on one stool softner a day. It took a good three weeks to get back to normal. See my first two stories in March. I gave an update each week. Any questions feel free to ask me.

Dear Katie,

Hello. im a female 24 years old from Pakistan. I have developed anal fissure. its been almost 4 months. the pain is excrutiating while i have my bowl. i have been going to the doctor. she has given me GTN cream and lactulose syrup. but it has been 3 weeks ive been using it and theres not much improvement with the pain. there is a small pimple like thing around da anus too. i just dont want to get the surgery done as im hell scared of it. i dont know wut to do. im just fed up it. what i want to know is tell me when you got the surgery done..was it very painful afterwards?? n specialy was it very painful when u passed ure first stool after the surgery.?

please help and if u know any other way that i can treat my fissure and do not have to get the surgery done

will be waiting for your reply eagerly
PS. i dont have any heart problem
