I also get burning sensations in my back and legs and everyday I have spasms in my back which twists my whole torso. Is there any specific reason for all these symptons

You should certainly plan to see your doctor. The weakness and sensory symptoms need to be evaluated by a full neurological examination, and tests, such as MRI of teh spine may be ordered. There are many different possibilities that may be responsible for your symptoms, and a careful exam wouod be the first step in diagnosis and treatment.
