back, neck, leg, hip pain Doc, My husband has had 2 surgeries, one on his neck and the other being his lowerback about 3 years ago.The chripractor says their is no more he can do now.
I'am really concerned of what he's gonna do to himself,if i dont find him some sort of relief quick. We have no medical ins. at all.I have thought about Emory Hospital but cant seem to find them on the net. He cant lift anything or any weight anymore. His problems are where the spin joins the the hip and the pelvic. Loss of mobility. If he lifts anything even if it is 30 lbs he is out of commission for 5 or 6 days. The matter gets worse every day. please help us. thank you for your time.
Re: back, neck, leg, hip painIt sounds like it would be a good idea for your husband to see a medical doctor such as a neurologist. A full evaluation into the cause of the pain, and treatments could be recommended after diagnostic tests are done. There are different modalities used for back pain, even after surgery has been done. You may want to start by calling a local hospital for a referral, seeing teh doctor you saw previously who knows his case, or searching for Emory University related hospitals. Good luck.
