Spinal Cord Injury

My MRI report says that I have disc desiccation in L3-L4 and L4-L5..My MRI also says that i have Disc bulging in L5-S1...I do experience some kind of numbness and tingling in my right leg..At times the pain gets worse with a sharp pain running down from my right buttock to my right feet..this pain is been there for the last 4 years..I would like to know if there is some kind of treatment for this kind of pain and also my son is 7year old and i'm thinking in the lines of going for another pregnancy..my question if i go for another pregnancy with this kind of pain is it going to get worse during pregnancy?is it safe to go??Please Let me know.
