i;m a new one here. i have had two cervical spine surgeries the first one, i was in an accident and cracked the fusion. my doc wasn't to concerned, to make a long story short 7 years i walked around like that,i found a surgeon to fix me, my second surgery was 360* fusion plates in the front and two rods in the back. i have degenerative disc disease chronic pain ,along with facet joint disease.i am 42 and have a tough time dealin with the pain.i go to a pain specialist quite often. i'm not really a fan of taking med's but if i don't i suffer. most day's when the pain level is up, i use a soft collar and med's and sit in the recliner most of the day..it's very frustrating not being able to do normal every day things.i had levels c3 thru c7 fused, now bone spurs above the fusion, does t get any etter.. i am 1 1/2 yr out of surgery and this is the new me..
