Re: myelogram complicationIn most cases, a myelogram should not result in any long-term complications. Nerve roots can be injured by the procedure, and could result in painful syndromes down the leg as you describe. The area should be evaluated by your doctor; there are many medications available to treat neuropathic type pain that could be helpful to you.
