I need help

HI I HAVE A PROMBLE I AM 27 YEARS OLD SINCE I WAS 16 I’VE BEEN GETTING MY PERIOD. EVERY 3 TO 6 MONTHS AND WHEN I GET IT IT STAYS ON FOR 3 MONTH AND THEN MY BLOOD DROPS I HAVE TO GO INTO THE HOSPITAL AND I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT IS GOINING ON
